DeElla Hoberg has worked in the restaurant industry since her first job as a dishwasher at age 15 and can't imagine life without the excitement and adrenaline involved in the hospitality industry. DeElla came to Montaluce through serendipity. She was happily managing the bar at JCT kitchen in Midtown Atlanta but knew that with a young family she needed a change. After a winery trip to Napa and Sonoma California she decided to resign from the late night lifestyle. The opportunity to manage Le Vigne restaurant at Montaluce Vineyards presented itself the next day. DeElla has since made her way to the General Manager position at Montaluce overseeing the winery, tasting room and restaurant. Creativity and problem solving are her favorite aspects of her role; from brainstorming with the winemaker, to creating cocktail menus, to pairing wines with the chef's menu.
