Hello! I am Montaluce Executive Chef Christopher R. Matson. My team and I are excited to be able to cook for you and offer a menu made with classic techniques and fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

For me, it was my grandmother that made me fall in love with food when I was fourteen, and I haven’t stopped cooking since then. This passion for food has taken me all around the world, pushed me earn two degrees (pastry and culinary) at NYC’s International Culinary Center, and helped me make a life for myself as a first generation American.

More than anything, I hope my years of experience and passion for food comes together at Montaluce in the form of an incredible meal you get to share with people you love.
