Executive Pastry Chef
Brittany comes to us all the way from Tampa Fl & has been with Montaluce since 2019. She attended Johnson &Wales University, (North Miami Campus), where she obtained her Baking & Pastry Arts Degree. Brittany was also given the opportunity to attend a three-month-long course in Yssingeaux, France, where she earned her French Professional Certificate of Pastry. Her passion for creativity & her eye for detail is what elevates her culinary talents.
