Sleeps 6- 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms – $350-$400 a night (+12% lodging tax)/2 night minimum stay (sits by itself). If using only one bedroom, rate is $350; if using only two bedrooms, rate is $375/night; if using all 3 bedrooms, rate is $400/night.
